Who we are
Complysmith is an initiative of Novins Consultancy B.V., based in the Netherlands. Novins is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: info@novins.nl.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, company, work email, phone number if you give it, the framework and option you are interested in and your message. We also note the date and time you sent it.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and, if you want to work with us, to plan your interview day and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
How long we keep it
If no assignment follows, we delete your request within twelve months. If we start working together, we keep it as part of the client file for as long as the law requires.
Who sees it
Only our own team. The form is sent through the mail service of our hosting provider. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. The 1 minute check runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy. Email info@novins.nl. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your country.
